We all have stories of moments when the smooth operation of a digital tool (for example, a cell phone) really saved the day. Likewise, everyone can tell a story about a digital tool that, in a moment of intensity, created Great Distress. I have seen both sides: people who had "Ah HAH!" moments when they really got how something worked and it has felt like a huge enabler, and people whose blood has drained entirely from their brain when they realized that (sadly, and far too often at their own hand) they have permanently erased a virtual lifetime of work.
What is the best, or worst, experience you've had with a digital tool?
